Preparing the return

Please contact us before sending the wooden bridge model back. We will review the request and provide instructions. Keep the pieces and included components together, and retain packaging when possible.

Return shipping

Hand Brain co creations pays return shipping for eligible returns. Use the return method provided by our team so the parcel can be tracked and identified.

Refunds and exchanges

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 business days. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. For an exchange, contact us to discuss availability.
